The Wet Burritos, Chiles Rellenos, Carnitas, and Quesadillas recipes are some of the different highlights mixed in with some of the original tequila culture of Jalisco.

Besides the regular burritos, the beautiful wet burritos are some of the specialties of Guadalajara, they are cooked in "Salsa Verde" or "Salsa Roja" and the original Mexican Sandwiches with beef called "Tortas". They are paired with Jarritos (a classic Mexican soda drink) with Guava, Mandarina & Pineapple flavors.
